Optus Surprise Rewards
How do you ensure your customers remain loyal? Simple, just reward them.
If you remember the surprise as a kid when you cracked an egg and found it was a ‘double-yoker’, we wanted to create the same emotion with this mailer.
In this case, instead of having yolks, we surprised our audience with three cute goslings and the savings rewards when Optus customers bundled all their comms services together.
Mechanically we perferated the egg on angles and it even made a crackling sound upon opening.
PS. We had personalised the outer shell, but unfortunately the samples (like the one below) came with AB rather than a name, hence "AB, be surprised..."
